Always more shows on the circuit<\/h4>\n

Over the years, several disciplines have been added to the programming of the Grand Prix Ski-Doo de Valcourt. Moreover, in the early 2000s, the popularity of ice motorcycling grew. Since 2003, KTM Canada has successfully developed the off-road motorcycle market in the country. These motorcycles are of German inspiration and are the charm of thrill-seekers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The same year, the National Championship of motorcycles on ice arrives in Valcourt and presents 6 races on the Yvon-Duhamel circuit. Among the athletes to watch during the first decade of this discipline at Valcourt, we remember Andrew Ranger, Maxime Sylvestre, and Dominic Beaulac. In 2010, another discipline is added to the program, mountain biking arrives in Valcourt. At the same time, the Supermoto Qu\u00e9bec association took over the organization of motorcycle and ATV races.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2012, snowboarders pulled by a snowmobile put on quite a show in Valcourt. In 2013, side-by-side vehicle races, in collaboration with Challenge Xtreme \u00c9lite, were added to the program as well as Stock Car races from the RevStar series. While Andrew Ranger’s last participation in the Valcourt Ski-Doo Grand Prix dates back to 2008 following an accident on the track, he is back in 2013 driving a side-by-side vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

As if that were not enough, Snowbike becomes the 8th discipline to be added to the calendar in 2018. This discipline made its debut on the CSRA, ISOC circuits, and at the X Games in 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even today, the Circuit Yvon-Duhamel is open to the possibility of breaking his record for the number of disciplines presented to date, including snowmobiling on an ice oval, Motorcycle and mountain biking on an ice oval and road circuit, snocross and snowbike, snowboarders ( Tow-In Air), Drag Racing (DRAG), Vintage, Side-by-Side, and Stock Car.<\/span><\/p>\n
